Give up? I would, too. What do a grouse and a kaleidoscope have in common? They’re both projects we’re currently working on. Yes, really. The grouse is a detailed, elaborate panel with more than 560 pieces that have been cut, ground and almost all are foiled. Double yay!Here are a couple of in-progress views of the bird beginning to take shape:
The kaleidoscope sides are fused glass pieces in blues, greens and a dash of red, and now the assembly begins.
