STYLE 1900 Antiques & Interiors - Spring 2008, Vol. 21, No. 1
"Inspired Living for the Bungalow & Beyond"
Like Tiffany's window-makers, the artists at Paned Expressions "paint" with glass, searching many sheets for the right streak or speckle to depict the grain of a twig or the sun on a leaf.
The artisans can further enhance the design through the use of etching, carving, or fired painting techniques. Often site-specific, these unique, artist signed creations can be found in private homes as well as public and corporate spaces.
For do-it-yourselfers, Paned Expressions also sells stained glass patterns, or will create one especially for you.
